Loci Creative partnered with Hamilton County Tourism, the City of Noblesville and Noblesville Main Street to develop an Alley Activation Plan for Noblesville's iconic alleys. The plan set a blue print that envisions the future for these great public space assets.
The alleys around the courthouse square are already home to many community events, and activities. The plan sets in place a vision for how these often over-looked spaces can become a more integral component to an active and vibrant downtown.

"Loci Creative was able to gather a varied group of individuals with vested interests but differing viewpoints about the city’s downtown alley assets and bring them to consensus about how to best use them for place making while also being sensitive to their functional needs. The city hopes to install the first project in 2018, and we are excited to see how this visioning will continue to serve as a catalyst for downtown enhancements.”
