Creating a Place to Enjoy Nature

The Pleasant Grove neighborhood in Columbus, Indiana is making plans to introduce a new landscape to the neighborhood. Loci Creative is collaborating with the City of Columbus Parks and Recreation Department and the Friends of Pollinator Parks Committee to develop plans for a new park.

​The design will provide an opportunity for neighborhood residents to enjoy a natural setting for passive recreation, as well as opportunities to learn about the benefits of native landscapes and pollinator species. 

Supporting our Pollinators Species

The park is being designed with native plantings that attract pollinators (including native bees, butterflies, and birds). These animals are a critical part of our ecosystem, and we depend on them for much of the food we eat.

The projects is currently in the design stage, with a fundraising campaign currently underway.
